Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Application Engineering Analyst II - Slack:
Support an extensive Enterprise Slack environment with nearly 10,000 active users, 40 workspaces, and numerous channels.
Address and resolve elevated support requests while identifying opportunities for automation and self-service enhancements.
Participate in resolving production incidents and manage time-sensitive requests with confidentiality.
Author and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational processes, policies, and runbooks.
Collaborate with geographically distributed teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
Required Skills for Application Engineering Analyst II - Slack:
Over 5 years of experience in Slack administration within a large Enterprise Grid environment.
Advanced knowledge of Slack user roles, permissions, and Slack Connect.
Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and work autonomously.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in creating user-facing documentation.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and work management platforms like Jira, Airtable, and Trello is a plus.
