Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Network Systems Administrator:

• Install, configure, and support LAN/WAN, internet systems, computers, and mobile devices
• Manage and monitor network/system performance; perform upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues; escalate to vendors as needed
• Design, test, and maintain networking hardware, software, and scripts (e.g., PowerShell)
• Create documentation and user instructions for system operations and upgrades
• Recommend and implement improvements to systems and network infrastructure
• Provide after-hours support for monthly firewall updates

Required Skills for Network Systems Administrator:

• 3+ years of experience in:
  • Microsoft Azure, M365, Server, Active Directory administration
  • SharePoint Online support

• 2+ years of VMware and network administration
• Strong scripting skills and documentation experience
• Proficiency in ManageEngine, Net App, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 Administration
• Strong experience in PowerShell Scripting and Active Directory
• Experience in setting up and validating disaster recovery plans, including backups, for a mixed cloud/on-prem environment
