IDR is seeking a Benefits Plan Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Arlington, TX. This role supports the administration of employee benefits programs within a multi-employer/group health plan environment. The organization is dedicated to regional development and community support, providing services to improve the lives of older adults and their caregivers.
Position Overview for the Benefits Plan Specialist:
- Supports the administration of employee benefits programs within a multi-employer/group health plan environment
- Manages eligibility systems, performs billing reconciliation, and ensures data accuracy
- Maintains confidential employee information and ensures compliance with service standards
- Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to facilitate timely processing and reporting
- Handles multiple priorities and deadlines using strong organizational skills
Requirements for the Benefits Plan Specialist:
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration, preferably within a multi-employer or group health plan environment
- Experience managing eligibility systems and performing billing reconciliation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion
