Building Maintenance Manager 

Leading Beverage Distributor is looking to hire a Building Maintenance Manager, large growing company. Person will coordinate, and perform activities engaged in repairs and maintains machinery, mechanical equipment, vehicles, repairing physical structures of buildings and maintaining grounds. Individual will need to have the ability and willingness to work with or around all products ordered by our customers. We offer excellent benefits and competitive wages.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. 

• Coordinates and performs scheduled conveyor preventive maintenance.
• Repairs and performs scheduled conveyor preventive maintenance.
• Coordinates all annual inspections for the building and mechanical systems.
• Establishes preventive maintenance schedule calendars for equipment.
• Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Services and maintains company vehicles and forklifts per established maintenance schedules.
• Documents repairs and preventive maintenance per established calendars.
• Ensures that critical spare parts are on hand and readily available.
• Coordinates activities of outside contractors used for maintenance and repair of building and surroundings.
• Documents issues for future trouble shooting.
• Performs internal repairs when possible to keep maintenance costs low.
• Communicates with vendors to trouble-shoot problems and repair issues, and documents for future events. 
• Organizes the maintenance area so that all equipment and spare parts are accessible.
• Performs the functions of a Warehouse Worker or Delivery Driver as directed by the Distribution Center Operations Manager.
• Immediately reports any changes to driver license status or any citations issued by law enforcement authorities.
•  Other duties may be assigned. 

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Valid Driver License

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Smartphones.
