Business/Systems Analyst IIIThis Business/Systems Analyst III role is responsible for translating business requirements into deliverables for the IT/engineering teams. This role supports a high-priority MVNO project, which includes 160+ product requirements, each requiring a detailed business impact assessment. The analyst will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and development, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
This will be a long-term contract through August 2026, working onsite in Stamford, CT 4 days a week.
Must-Have Skills:
- 2+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Experience in mobile/telecom industry
- Strong public speaking and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong experience with use case writing and documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for flowcharts and documentation
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Contract review experience in telecom (especially comparing carrier agreements)
- Familiarity with MVNO models and mobile service/product launch processes
- Experience with pre-launch/post-launch product support
- Ability to estimate business value (time/cost savings, impact metrics)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct business impact analysis from the perspective of agents and customers (ordering, support, communications, activation, and reducing call volume)
- Draft and submit business deliverables for approval (use cases, requirements, flow charts)
- Lead reviews with VPs and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure business needs are maintained throughout grooming and development phases
- Collaborate closely with the PMO team to keep the project on schedule and aligned with objectives
- Support the mobile IT team with grooming sessions and development hand-offs
- Maintain clear, ongoing communication with all stakeholders on project status and scope
