IDR is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of our top clients on a hybrid schedule for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role is focused on analyzing and evaluating business systems, understanding user needs, and translating technical information into clear documentation. The organization is a leader in providing innovative solutions across various industries, including healthcare and government services.
Position Overview for the Business Analyst:
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to develop effective solutions
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and ensure project success
- Contribute to software development lifecycle activities including testing and implementation
- Develop clear, user-friendly documentation and training materials for internal applications
- Participate in process reengineering and recommend technology applications to improve efficiency
Requirements for the Business Analyst:
- Extensive experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs
- Experience and thorough understanding of the business analysis areas of knowledge and its associated activities and tasks
- Experience participating in software development reviews and providing advice and assistance to team members in analysis, design, and testing
- Experience performing or participating in unit testing, support system testing, and user acceptance testing
- Extensive skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy
