The ideal candidate is a mid-level BA with an interest in project coordination, a strong foundation in data governance, and a proactive, organized approach to communication and execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the liaison between stakeholders and technical/data teams
Gather and document requirements for data requests
Track and manage project timelines, target dates, and status updates
Ensure internal data approvals (encryption, legal/security validation) are completed efficiently
Provide status updates to teams and stakeholders regularly
Help streamline and improve internal request and delivery workflows
Implement best practices and maintain clear documentation
Drive process improvement initiatives across the team
Mid-level Business Analyst experience (3–5+ years)
Strong documentation and requirements gathering abilities
Basic understanding of data governance or data analysis
Familiarity with ETL or SQL processes (read-only or conceptual is sufficient)
Process improvement mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with:
SharePoint or Chalk
Jira
Cross-functional collaboration
Understanding of:
Data formats and ingestion
Data origination and backend systems
Telecom industry experience
Tableau (for dashboarding or data visualization understanding)
AWS or backend data platform familiarity
Broader project management experience
Day-to-Day ActivitiesEngage stakeholders to gather data request requirements
Understand how data is ingested and delivered
Monitor and push progress on internal approval workflows
Ensure compliance with internal data handling procedures
Track project timelines, provide status updates, and align teams
Support ad-hoc requests and data governance initiatives
Recommend and implement improvements in current processes
