IDR is seeking a Business Development and Partnerships Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. This role is focused on supporting a global partnerships team within the entertainment, esports, and gaming industry, emphasizing collaboration and operational excellence to drive strategic alliances.
Position Overview for the Business Development and Partnerships Coordinator:
- Support Partnerships Managers across multiple partnerships and products simultaneously
- Own, track, and deliver specific assets in collaboration with Partnerships Managers
- Manage fulfillment and gather metrics utilizing data insights related to partner performance and asset value
- Design templates and build partner recaps for proof of performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and support live events for experiential activations
Requirements for the Business Development and Partnerships Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Incredible attention to detail and meticulous planning and organization skills
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Customer/Client management experience
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays across multiple time zones if necessary
