IDR is seeking a Contract Clinical Recruiter to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood,Tennessee. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting within the healthcare industry, supporting high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment. The organization values collaborative hiring practices and seeks professionals dedicated to building strong talent pipelines.
Position Overview for the Contract Clinical Recruiter:
- Manage and oversee the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Review and evaluate applicants to ensure experience, education, and certifications meet role requirements.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through various channels such as social media, job boards, colleges, and career fairs.
Requirements for the Contract Clinical Recruiter:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical recruiting experience (e.g., NP, RN, LPN, MSW, care management, or similar healthcare roles).
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring in a healthcare environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
