Position Overview/Responsibilities for the CRM Administrator:
- Manage and enhance the CRM system, focusing on development, integrations, and process improvements.
- Coordinate medium-sized projects to ensure efficient planning and execution.
- Collaborate with our client's team to implement CRM strategies and solutions.
- Utilize Oracle Service Cloud experience to optimize CRM functionalities.
- Engage in data management, reporting, and campaign execution.
Required Skills for CRM Administrator:
- Proven experience with CRM administration, specifically with systems like Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management or as a project coordinator.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong skills in data management, reporting tools, and CRM-related campaigns.
