Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
Manage all aspects of customer service, including responding to inquiries via phone and email, processing orders, and providing follow-up services.
Utilize research skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
Handle requests from both internal and external customers, addressing varying degrees of complexity.
Collaborate with our client's team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
This is a contract position expected to last until at least February 5, 2026, with a high likelihood of extension or conversion to a full-time role.
Required Skills for Customer Service Representative:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven customer service experience, preferably in retail or healthcare settings.
Ability to work onsite in Louisville, KY.
No degree required, but a background in customer service is highly desirable.
