IDR is seeking a Data Program Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, TX, NYC or Cupertino, CA. This role involves leading and coordinating large-scale, complex data initiatives within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The position offers a chance to work on high-impact projects supporting industry-leading organizations.
Position Overview for the Data Program Manager:
- Lead the transformation of program objectives into structured, actionable plans with detailed Work Breakdown Structures
- Manage scope, dependencies, and develop phased roadmaps aligned with business needs
- Oversee capacity planning, resource management, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making, change management, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements for the Data Program Manager :
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional data or technical programs
- Expertise in project management software such as Jira, Wrike, or equivalent, with a focus on automation and API integrations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for delivery of executive-level status reports
- Strong analytical skills for capacity planning and risk assessment
- A collaborative mindset with experience leading through influence in complex environments
