IDR is seeking a Data Warehouse Developer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data warehouse solutions that support business analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making within a dynamic and data-centric industry.
Position Overview for the Data Warehouse Developer:
- Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise data warehouse architectures and data marts
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from multiple source systems
- Create and maintain dimensional and relational data models, including star and snowflake schemas
- Write, tune, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, BI developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and support reporting and analytics
Requirements for the Data Warehouse Developer:
- Strong experience with Informatica development, including IDMC CDI and CAI
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Warehouse Developer or similar data-focused role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts
- Experience building data pipelines using various integration methods
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as AWS and understanding of data warehousing principles and performance optimization
