IDR is seeking a Epic Charge Router Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Minnesota. This role supports healthcare revenue cycle processes, focusing on Epic Charge Router maintenance and workflows within a healthcare organization known for its innovative IT solutions.
Position Overview for the Epic Charge Router Analyst:
- Responsible for maintaining and updating Epic Charge Router workflows to ensure accurate revenue capture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize billing and revenue processes.
- Perform build, testing, and troubleshooting of Epic Charge Router configurations.
- Support SBO (Single Billing Office) operations with hands-on Epic system experience.
- Ensure compliance with Epic certification standards and industry best practices.
Requirements for the Epic Charge Router Analyst:
- SBO experience (required), demonstrable work within a Single Billing Office model.
- Epic build experience (required), hands-on record/rule/workflow build.
- Epic Charge Router certification (required), current and actively used.
- HB & PB exposure (hospital and professional billing) preferred.
- Provider Based Billing (PBB) Method I and II, especially Critical Access, is a plus.
