IDR is seeking a Executive Assistant to join one of our top clients for a position in New York City. This role supports high-level executives within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing critical administrative assistance to teams operating around the clock in the finance and private equity sectors.

Position Overview for the Executive Assistant:
• Manage highly sensitive, confidential information with complete discretion
• Oversee complex and fluid calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
• Draft, review, and respond to correspondence and communications on behalf of executives
• Provide logistical support for domestic and international trips, including itineraries and expense reports
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, representing the firm professionally and courteously

Requirements for the Executive Assistant:
• Eight plus years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
• College degree required
• Extensive experience managing complex calendars and travel coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
