IDR is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Alpharetta, GA. This role involves providing exceptional front desk service within a professional office environment, supporting day-to-day administrative and customer service functions. The company operates within the corporate services sector, emphasizing client interaction and operational support.
Position Overview for the Front Desk Receptionist:
- Greet guests at the office, including checking guests in and out, as well as assisting with badge activation
- Answer and transfer phone calls promptly and professionally
- Pick up and sort mail, manage shipments, and ensure breakroom supplies are stocked and ordered as needed
- Demonstrate very strong customer service skills with a warm, excited, and engaging demeanor
- Support administrative duties as needed within a fast-paced office setting
Requirements for the Front Desk Receptionist:
- High school diploma
- 1-3+ years of professional experience in a front desk or reception role
- Excellent communication and personable skills
