Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Game Production Coordinator:
- Provide operational support by managing communication channels with both internal and external partners.
- Oversee workflows, identify risks, manage trade-offs, and remove obstacles to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with IT, Infosec, and game teams to troubleshoot onboarding and access issues for external workers.
- Lead initiatives to improve team processes, tools, and communication, while maintaining accurate internal documentation.
- Facilitate team rituals, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and action tracking, to enhance collaboration and alignment.
Required Skills for Game Production Coordinator:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production coordinator, assistant producer, or project manager role.
- Background in gaming, software, or related industries.
- Experience working with leadership teams and cross-functional partners.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to build productive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
