IDR is seeking a Help Desk to join one of our top clients for a remote, NIGHT SHIFT opportunity. This role involves providing support and maintenance for the Tennessee Eligibility Determination System (TEDS), including application, infrastructure, and security support. The position supports modernization projects and policy updates related to the state's eligibility and portal systems.
Position Overview for the Help Desk:
- Provide technical support during the night shift for system applications and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and triage technical issues, escalating to application support teams as needed.
- Assist with system enhancements, modernization efforts, and policy changes.
- Deliver excellent customer service and professional communication.
- Maintain reliability and professionalism in a fast-paced remote environment.
Requirements for the Help Desk:
- Intermediate ServiceNow knowledge.
- Advanced Help Desk/Service Desk support experience.
- Ability to take calls and triage issues efficiently.
- Knowledgeable with intake and triage processes; CSA certification is a plus.
- Previous tier 1 experience, IVR, and telephony experience preferred.
