IDR is seeking a Hyperscale Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a Memphis, Tennessee opportunity. This role is within the data center industry, focusing on managing large-scale, complex infrastructure projects. The company is a leader in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions and infrastructure development.
Position Overview for the Hyperscale Project Manager:
- Manage and oversee hyperscale data center projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project standards
- Coordinate project controls, schedule monitoring, and reporting to senior management
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
- Work closely with technical teams on cabling, fiber trunks, GPU, and AEC cabling projects
- Support project planning and execution in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
Requirements for the Hyperscale Project Manager:
- Proven experience managing data center or large-scale cabling projects, including fiber and GPU cabling
- Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and risk mitigation techniques
- Ability to work onsite daily in Memphis, Tennessee, and adapt to shift schedules
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work Overtime hours if needed and manage high-pressure project deadlines
