IDR is seeking a Installation Technician to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Plano, Texas. This role involves supporting device deployment and infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation within a dynamic digital experience environment. The company specializes in digital solutions and technology deployment across industries, dedicated to delivering innovative and efficient service.
Position Overview for the Installation Technician:
- Perform asset disposal, reclamation, and inventory management
- Support device distribution, setup, and imaging
- Conduct floor-walking support and user assistance onsite
- Assist with basic cabling, infrastructure support, and troubleshooting hardware connectivity
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure asset tracking compliance
Requirements for the Installation Technician:
- Experience with device deployment, imaging, or hardware setup
- Knowledge of asset management, inventory tracking, or device reclamation
- Supportive on-site experience supporting users in an office environment
- Familiarity with basic cabling, patching, and infrastructure support
- Ability to work onsite 100% in the Plano office
