IDR is seeking a Instructional Designer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will partner with HR/Talent Management stakeholders to design and build engaging learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization in the healthcare industry while creating high-impact training content and learning assets.
Position Overview for the Instructional Designer :
- Design and develop learning experiences for classroom, virtual, blended, and self-paced eLearning programs
- Create course content, storyboards, prototypes, and supporting design documentation for stakeholder review
- Build and maintain learning assets such as job aids, workshop materials, slide decks, and digital resources
- Develop content for leadership, onboarding, and talent/manager development initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally to conduct needs assessments and align learning solutions to business outcomes
Requirements for the Instructional Designer :
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience)
- 5+ years of instructional design experience creating end-to-end learning solutions
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong visual/slide design capabilities for workshop delivery
- Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/360, Captivate, H5P) and LMS content management
- Proficiency with digital media/graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce polished learning assets
