Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager:
Collaborate with actuarial and IT teams to capture and validate requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications. Maintain and organize program and project plans, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are met. Coordinate across various teams, including actuarial, IT, data, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution. Facilitate workshops and meetings, ensuring follow-through on actions and alignment across teams. Support program governance by preparing comprehensive status reports and maintaining clear documentation.
Required Skills for IT Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager:
Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into technical specifications. Proven experience in organizing and coordinating large-scale, multi-team programs. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with actuarial/risk systems and financial modeling platforms.
