IDR is seeking a Jr IT Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lehi, Utah. This role involves supporting technology projects within a dynamic organization focused on revenue operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.
Position Overview for the Jr IT Project Manager:
- Lead programs supporting revenue partners, program, product managers, and engineers
- Manage projects through the full project lifecycle including planning, scoping, requirements, development, testing, and deployment
- Interface with team members across all levels of technical and business leadership
- Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and facilitate effective meetings with engineering teams
- Build and maintain relationships across departments and drive project management deliverables
Requirements for the Jr IT Project Manager:
- Prior technical program management experience
- Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to clearly communicate across levels of the organization and departments in writing, orally and interpersonally
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
