Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Marketing Campaign Analyst:- Serve as a strategic partner on a 12-month contract, supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
- Analyze large data sets—structured and unstructured—to generate insights that optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, data, and business teams to translate campaign goals into actionable data strategies.
- Use digital experience platforms such as CDPs, CRMs, marketing automation, and journey orchestration tools to support audience targeting and engagement.
- Create and maintain advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and campaign performance summaries.
- Support the development of predictive models, including next best action, customer lifetime value, and churn prediction.
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment that emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills for Marketing Campaign Analyst:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or a closely related area.
- Experience analyzing large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
- Proficiency in tools/platforms like Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, Redpoint, or similar.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Experience using Tableau, Denodo, and/or Power BI.
- Familiarity with predictive modeling in marketing, such as next best action or churn prediction.
