IDR is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients for Memphis, TN. This role supports the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives within a dynamic, team-oriented environment focused on project coordination and process improvement. The company operates within the marketing and event-driven industry, emphasizing collaboration and timely delivery.
Position Overview for the Marketing Project Coordinator:
- Support the Solutions & Enablement team by organizing, tracking, and ensuring the progress of marketing work
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Managers and project leadership to coordinate intake, manage timelines, and maintain deliverables
- Support high-visibility initiatives across multiple marketing campaigns and ensure compliance with approval processes
- Manage project tickets, create timelines, and proactively identify risks or delays
- Serve as a daily partner to marketing team members, translating campaign needs into actionable tasks
Requirements for the Marketing Project Coordinator:
- Exposure to marketing campaigns or event-driven marketing
- Experience using project or work management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Monday.com
- Interest in project management or program management as a career path
- Strong attention to detail and proactive communication skills
- Ability to support multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining organization
