IDR is seeking a MarTech Engineer to join one of our top clients in Memphis, TN. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic digital marketing environment, focusing on designing and implementing high-quality tracking and analytics solutions across multiple platforms. Position Overview for the MarTech Engineer:
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing client-side and server-side tagging solutions.
- Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams to define tracking requirements, data strategies, and measurement frameworks.
- Owns end-to-end ownership from requirements gathering to solution deployment and validation.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and adherence to best practices.
- Ensures high-quality, scalable data solutions for analytics and marketing platforms.
Requirements for the MarTech Engineer:
- 6+ years of experience in digital analytics, tag management, or MarTech.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager (client-side & server-side).
- Proven expertise in Adobe Analytics implementation and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and requirement gathering.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
