IDR is seeking a Media Trafficking Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role involves managing the setup, trafficking, and launch of TV media campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. The company operates within the media and advertising industry, focusing on delivering high-quality campaign management solutions.
Position Overview for the Media Trafficking Specialist:
- Responsible for the accurate setup, trafficking, and launch of creative assets across TV media campaigns.
- Collaborates closely with Creative, Media Planning, Ad Operations, Analytics, and external vendors to ensure campaign readiness.
- Conducts comprehensive pre-launch quality assurance checks to verify creative and technical accuracy.
- Coordinates creative delivery through third-party trafficking platforms to meet campaign timelines.
- Monitors campaign launches and supports post-launch adjustments to ensure proper functioning and reporting.
Requirements for the Media Trafficking Specialist:
- 2+ years experience in media trafficking or campaign management.
- Strong attention to detail with accountability for end-to-end campaign execution.
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively across multiple internal teams and external vendors.
- Comfort operating in fast paced, performance driven media environments with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
