MICROSOFT C# ARCHITECT Location: Stamford, CT (Onsite 4 days, 1 day remote)
Open to relocation candidates who can be onsite within 2 weeks of an offer.
Our client is seeking a capable C# Developer looking to lead, mentor, and drive designs and solutions for the archicture of their internal marketing portal. The platform supports approximately 2,000 users and is only accessible internally. The platform is built in C# with .NET and is currently using Oracle database. This will be a long term engagement with our telecom client in Stamford, CT.
Must Have Skills:
7-10 years of experience with C# development
Strong proficiency in .NET
5+ years of experience architecting and leading C#/.NET platform development (planning, design, solutioning, implementation, collaboration, delegation)
In-depth experience with Oracle (data models, packages, views, stored procedures)
Familiarity with Bootstrap or similar frameworks for UI development
Excellent communication skills to engage directly with stakeholders and business leaders
Nice to Have:
Knowledge on AI frameworks
Previously worked within a Marketing Team - knowledge of how marketing teams operate
Previous telecom experience
AWS knowledge
Candidate should be flexible, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-changing environment
Day to day responsibilities:
The architect will be responsible for gathering business requirements, understanding complex needs, and designing effective solutions.
Will be hands-on in implementing the initial version of the solution — limited delegation expected early on.
60% of the role will involve designing and implementing solutions, while 40% will be focused on collaborating with Paulo to discuss and refine solution strategies.
Must ensure that all work aligns with and meets critical target delivery dates.
Candidates must be able to work directly with TSG's client on a W2 basis after the C2C contract phase has ended without visa sponsorship or visa transfer.
