Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Network Administrator :
- Provide hands-on support for CISCO routers, switches, and circuits
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain proactive communication with team members and managers
- Travel to various facilities within the region, with travel constituting approximately 75% of the role
- Work remotely when not traveling, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
- Maintain and troubleshoot data and telephony systems
Required Skills for Network Administrator :
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Network Administrator
- Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting CISCO routers, switches, and circuits
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to take initiative and work proactively
- One or more of the following certifications: CCNA, Security +, Network +
