IDR is seeking a Ops Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves overseeing cloud integration support and operational management within a healthcare environment, focusing on service reliability and continuous improvement.
Position Overview for the Ops Manager:
- Manage operational strategy, incident management, and service continuity for cloud-based healthcare systems.
- Lead real-time system monitoring, deployment oversight, and escalation governance.
- Supervise team performance, resource planning, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, drive root-cause analysis, and promote operational excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support Tenncare cloud integration projects.
Requirements for the Ops Manager:
- Experience with Datapower, MFT, MQ, Splunk, and IBM production support.
- Strong background in incident management and escalation with tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
- Proven ability to manage production issues, triage severity levels, and oversee infrastructure operations.
- Excellent leadership skills, including coaching, team performance management, and resource planning.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-function teams and stakeholders.
