Position Overview/Responsibilities for the OR1 Performance Support Service Coordinator:

• Serve as a liaison between logistics and field technicians to ensure timely return and processing of unused or damaged materials, including managing all necessary documentation.

• Maintain and update return logs weekly, collaborating with logistics teams to ensure accurate processing.

• Resolve transaction errors in SAP and CRM related to inventory management and support invoicing activities for field work orders.

• Assist with monthly audits and reconciliation of field-based storage locations, and support service operations with ad hoc projects.

• Act as a backup for the Service Coordinator during high demand periods, vacations, and other absences.

Required Skills for OR1 Performance Support Service Coordinator:

• 3-5 years of experience in a service-related business utilizing CRM systems like Salesforce or Service Max.

• Proficiency in SAP logistics, purchasing, inventory management, and invoicing modules.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

• Experience with web-based reports such as Fiori, BI, and Hanna.
