Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Paralegal V:

- Provide robust support to attorneys in the Business & Legal Affairs department
- Track department workflow, ensuring timely dispatch, receipt, and filing of documents
- Assist in the preparation of standard form agreements and other legal documents
- Draft and dispatch letters, documents, and other routine correspondence as required
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system in both electronic and physical formats
- Assist in negotiation and clearance of all audio and video releases
- Liaise with internal personnel to resolve day-to-day issues and handle administrative matters

Required Skills for Paralegal V:

- Minimum of four years of experience as a legal assistant and/or paralegal
- Experience with corporate in-house paralegal preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
