Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Patient Access Supervisor: Provide daily guidance, mentoring, and training to both new hires and experienced Patient Access staff. Assist in resolving escalated issues and ensure strong customer service standards are upheld. Contribute to planning for Registration Process areas, including Admitting, Centralized Scheduling, Emergency Department, and clinics. Enforce departmental policies and participate in developing new policies aligned with hospital and corporate guidelines. Monitor daily activity and prepare performance/metric reports, including financial clearance reports.

Required Skills for Patient Access Supervisor:
4+ years of experience in a medical facility, health insurance, or related healthcare area.
3+ years of Patient Access experience. Thorough knowledge of healthcare information systems.
Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management and healthcare regulations. High School Diploma or equivalent required; supervisory or lead role experience preferred.
