Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Payroll Systems Support Specialist:
• Deliver application support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, documenting solutions, and providing training.
• Utilize the Service Desk system to log customer interactions, issues, and requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Assist users with application navigation and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
• Review and reconcile timekeeping data weekly, ensuring accuracy and approval before processing payroll.
• Input payroll information accurately and timely, including overtime, deductions, and exceptions, and prepare ADP payroll files.
Required Skills for Payroll Systems Support Specialist:
• Experience in payroll, office, or call center environments is advantageous
• Strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Beginner to mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems like Kronos or ADP is a plus.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of data.
