The Select Group is looking for a talented Support Technician to support a large-scale PC refresh and Windows 11 upgrade initiative across its enterprise.
PC REFRESH SUPPORT TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years in a corporate IT support environment
- Experience with PC refresh or Windows upgrade initiatives
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Familiarity with Window 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365
- Willingness to travel to multiple Wellstar hospitals and clinics
- Familiarity with PC imaging/deployment tools (e.g., Mecham)
- Bonus skill: CompTIA A+ certification
PC REFRESH SUPPORT TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Image PCs using Mecham and apply Windows 11 with defined task sequences
- Refresh, upgrade, and deploy new PCs across hospitals and clinics
- Provide hands-on support for Windows 11 deployment and troubleshoot refresh issues
- Deliver excellent customer service to end-users and staff during on-site visits
- Follow instructions and project playbooks closely to ensure standardization
- Report progress and escalate issues as needed to Field Services management
