Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Principal Game Producer:
- Drive the creation of product and feature roadmaps in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and leadership.
- Establish delivery schedules and roadmaps for the next milestone/phase of the project.
- Direct all team rituals and encourage team meetings and discussions.
- Maintain efficient work practices like owning JIRA and performing scrum management.
- Serve as a mentor to other production members of the team.
Required Skills for Principal Game Producer:
- 10+ years of production experience in a dynamic professional environment such as games, tech, entertainment/media, etc.
- 7+ years of game development production experience.
- 3+ years of senior production experience shipping large-scale games on multiple platforms with a live service component.
- Experience with various development methodologies and their applications (e.g. Agile software development, waterfall, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of games, relevant gaming audiences, and the gaming industry.
