IDR is seeking a Product Life Management Administrative Assistant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Illinois. This role supports the Transitions team within a prominent consumer retail organization, focusing on product disposition and operational support to ensure smooth category transitions and SKU management.
Position Overview for the Product Life Management Administrative Assistant:
- Performs administrative tasks supporting product disposition, including disposition type, coding, SKU listing, and compliance.
- Maintains SKU data at both brand and item levels, ensuring complete and accurate updates in relevant portals.
- Provides operational support with attention to detail, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.
- Initiates RTV/DIF processes and follows up with brands or buyers for RA numbers.
- Executes clearance markdown cadences as directed by the buyer, adhering to company values of quality, collaboration, and timely decision-making.
Requirements for the Product Life Management Administrative Assistant:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Adobe analytics, SAP, SAP Hana, Power BI, and Tableau is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively.
- Professionalism and confidentiality are essential; highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
