IDR is seeking a Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in FL. This role involves supporting project management efforts within a technology modernization initiative, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and maintaining project documentation. The organization specializes in IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture, focusing on government modernization projects.
Position Overview for the Project Coordinator:
- Manage project schedules, track deliverables, and support project managers in daily operations.
- Develop and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Analyze project data, prepare reports, and utilize tools such as Excel and Azure DevOps.
- Organize, maintain, and update project documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
- Support Agile ceremonies and reporting, including burn down charts and deliverable trackers.
Requirements for the Project Coordinator:
- Ability to manage project schedules, track deliverables, and support PMs in day-to-day operations.
- Skilled in developing and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analyzing project data, preparing reports, and using Excel / Azure DevOps (ADO); ability to write SQL queries.
- Ability to organize, maintain, and update project documentation in compliance with GPS requirements.
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, ADO, SharePoint).
