IDR is seeking a Project Manager - ServiceNow Implementation to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting the delivery of ServiceNow projects within the nonprofit sector, focusing on governance, milestone management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful outcomes.
Position Overview for the Project Manager - ServiceNow Implementation:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking for assigned engagements.
- Facilitate governance cadences, including status reviews, milestone checkpoints, and go-live readiness reviews.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and implementation partners to monitor and support project progress.
- Identify and mitigate risks, scope variances, and escalation of material issues.
- Support go-live readiness validation and deliver post-implementation reports outlining outcomes and lessons learned.
Requirements for the Project Manager - ServiceNow Implementation:
- 4–8 years of experience managing enterprise technology implementation projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting ServiceNow implementations.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow delivery methodologies (e.g., NowCreate).
- Strong risk management and governance capabilities (RAID logs, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination).
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple project engagements concurrently.
