IDR is seeking a Project Manager (Systems Transformation and Integration) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role involves leading a critical transformation project focused on integrating legacy loan systems into a modern credit servicing platform, supporting the company's expansion in Dallas’s real estate debt servicing operations. The position requires a senior-level project management professional with strong financial services experience, particularly in mortgage or asset-backed loan servicing.
Position Overview for the Project Manager (Systems Transformation and Integration):
- Owns the end-to-end transformation of the debt-servicing platform, including migration, system integration, data accuracy, and operational readiness.
- Acts as a senior technical program or product-driven project manager, leading the full lifecycle of system replacement or integration projects.
- Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages requirements, architecture review, testing, and go-live processes.
- Ensures data quality, mappings, transformations, and validation are thoroughly managed for risk mitigation.
- Engages stakeholders and manages change to ensure smooth operations during the platform transition.
Requirements for the Project Manager (Systems Transformation and Integration):
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, specifically mortgage servicing, asset-backed finance, or loan servicing platforms.
- Proven track record leading large-scale system replacements or integrations within the financial services industry.
- Ability to review and challenge system architecture, APIs, data models, and functionality, with Jira-savvy experience in Epic and Story decomposition.
- Strong understanding of servicing workflows such as settlements, remittances, cash consolidation, and operational processes.
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated change management and stakeholder alignment experience.
