IDR is seeking a Reporting Support Analyst - HCM Workday Implementation to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is essential in supporting the design, development, and deployment of reports during a Human Capital Management (HCM) system implementation using Workday. The organization is a leader in workforce solutions and HR technology services.
Position Overview for the Reporting Support Analyst - HCM Workday Implementation:
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements
- Design, build, and maintain Workday reports (standard, custom, advanced, and composite reports)
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and testing activities during implementation phases
- Assist in data conversion and ensure data integrity across legacy and Workday systems
- Develop dashboards and analytics to support HR decision-making
Requirements for the Reporting Support Analyst - HCM Workday Implementation:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in HRIS reporting or data analytics
- Hands-on experience with Workday reporting tools (e.g., Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports)
- Strong understanding of HCM processes (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll)
- Experience with data validation, data migration, and system implementation projects
