Position Overview for the Salesforce Developer:

• Customize, develop, and maintain the organization’s Salesforce environment to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Leverage Salesforce tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver scalable, high-quality applications.
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce configurations to improve business processes and streamline operations.

Required Skills for the Salesforce Developer:

• 3+ years of experience (in the US) as Salesforce Developer working for enterprise or large enterprise companies 
• Must have Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
• Proficient in core web technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
• Skilled in Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and related tools.
• Experienced with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and system integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science related field

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Salesforce Communities, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
