IDR is seeking a SDET to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role involves migrating existing Node.js applications to TypeScript, designing and maintaining backend services, and developing automated test frameworks to ensure high-quality software releases. The company operates within the technology and software development industry, focusing on full-stack development, automation, and cloud-based solutions.
Position Overview for the SDET:
- Develop and enhance web user interfaces using React.js and HTML5
- Migrate existing Node.js applications to TypeScript to improve code quality and safety
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and REST APIs
- Create and maintain API documentation using Swagger (OpenAPI standards)
- Collaborate with QA, product, and DevOps teams for high-quality releases
Requirements for the SDET:
- Proven experience building UI automation in Java with Selenium
- Strong knowledge of API automation testing using Rest Assured
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, SQL
- Familiarity with cloud deployment technologies, especially AWS
