Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Business Analyst:
- Lead sessions with stakeholders to identify and document requirements across various business units.
- Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to evaluate solution options, ensuring they align with business goals.
- Produce comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Support change management and system testing, ensuring successful adoption and validation of new processes.
Required Skills for Senior Business Analyst:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- 8+ years of experience in leading requirements gathering and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with cross-functional engineering and business teams.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
