IDR is seeking a Senior Manager, CEG Compensation & Planning to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in California. This role focuses on developing and managing compensation programs for the Customer Excellence Group within a dynamic, fast-growing organization in the technology sector.
Position Overview for the Senior Manager, CEG Compensation & Planning:
- Serve as a strategic partner to CEG leadership, owning the design, execution, and continuous improvement of compensation programs.
- Lead the development, modeling, and administration of incentive compensation plans for various roles within the Customer Excellence Group.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure compensation plans are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with sales compensation, digital technology, and other teams to ensure systems, tools, and processes support accurate plan execution.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on plan effectiveness, payout trends, and strategic opportunities.
Requirements for the Senior Manager, CEG Compensation & Planning:
- 8+ years of experience in compensation, sales/revenue operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and administering incentive compensation programs, especially for customer success or post-sale organizations.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level narratives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and senior leadership.
