IDR is seeking a Senior Staff Organizational Change Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role supports a leading organization in the technology sector, focusing on managing organizational change during transformative initiatives. The position involves working closely with senior leadership to design and execute change strategies that enable successful transformation and stakeholder engagement.
Position Overview for the Senior Staff Organizational Change Manager:
- Serve as the senior change management authority for a high-impact post-sale organization within the enterprise technology space.
- Lead the design and implementation of change management strategies to support organizational transformation, building stakeholder readiness and driving adoption.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop change plans, assess organizational readiness, and embed change into business processes.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and change impact assessments across multiple levels of the organization.
- Operate with autonomy, influencing senior leaders while executing complex, high-visibility change initiatives in a global environment.
Requirements for the Senior Staff Organizational Change Manager:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management, transformation, communications or program management within large, global organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at a staff/principal level: setting change strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving org-wide adoption without a management layer.
- Proven experience leading change management for enterprise-wide technology implementations; ServiceNow familiarity is an advantage.
- Track record of building change management programs from scratch in complex, matrixed global organizations.
- Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, ADKAR) strongly preferred, with strong knowledge of organizational readiness assessment and adoption measurement.
