Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Service Center Operations Lead:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the shipping and receiving department, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.

• Oversee inventory management, utilizing inventory systems and POS tools to maintain accurate records and optimize stock levels.

• Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.

• This is a contract-to-hire position, requiring flexibility for overtime and extended hours during the initial ramp-up phase.

Required Skills for Service Center Operations Lead:

• Proven experience in a shipping/receiving warehouse lead position, with a strong understanding of inventory management systems.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.

• Familiarity with POS tools and platforms used in inventory management.

• Forklift certification is advantageous, or willingness to obtain one.

• Must be local to Memphis, TN, or willing to relocate prior to the start date.
