IDR is seeking a SharePoint Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Santa Clara, CA. This role is within a dynamic corporate environment focused on strategic operations and employee engagement initiatives. The project involves designing, building, and deploying a comprehensive SharePoint site to enhance internal communications and employee experience.

Position Overview for the SharePoint Project Manager:

• Lead the end-to-end design, build, and rollout of the Finance & Strategy SharePoint site and subpages.
• Migrate content from the current microsite to the new SharePoint site, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.
• Support the execution of employee recognition and engagement programs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor risks, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Create clear communication materials and documentation to facilitate smooth project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements for the SharePoint Project Manager:

• 6+ years' experience within project or program management, managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from end-to-end
• 2+ years' recent experience leading end-to-end design, build, and rollout of SharePoint sites for internal stakeholders
• Proven success planning, coordinating, and delivering initiatives such as employee recognition programs, learning sessions, or SharePoint buildouts
• Strong ability to develop project plans, monitor risks, and escalate issues as needed
• Excellent communication skills, with experience creating engaging updates and documentation for diverse audiences
