Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Customer Marketing Analyst: Collaborate closely with merchandising, pricing, digital, and data science teams to enhance marketing operations. Utilize Adobe Campaign and transition to Zeta Marketing Cloud and Zeta CDP for marketing automation. Develop reusable datasets and dashboards for customer KPIs using tools like Tableau and Alteryx. Lead high-priority projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer insights. Train team members and potentially lead a direct report, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Required Skills for Senior Customer Marketing Analyst: Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with large data sets or relational databases. Hands-on experience with retail POS or loyalty data, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication skills to effectively convey data stories to leadership and various stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Campaign or Zeta Marketing Cloud/CDP. Demonstrated experience in leading training sessions or managing projects.
