Responsibilities for the Sr. ServiceNow Platform Engineer:In this role, you will configure and customize ServiceNow modules, develop workflows, and build custom applications while ensuring performance, maintainability, and adherence to security standards. You will partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, support platform upgrades, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Required Skills for the Sr. ServiceNow Platform Engineer:- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow engineering with ownership of large-scale, enterprise deployments (not just admin/analyst work).
- Deep expertise with ITSM, HRSD, FSM or other Service Now Modules
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) and scripting (JavaScript, Glide)
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models and best practices
- Proven success on projects with large-scale deployments of ServiceNow
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
